| 摘 要： | 目前，IPTV的市场越来越开放，IPTV测试仪在保证IPTV业务运营过程中的用户体验质量值（QoE）扮演着重要的角色。文章介绍了基于ARM处理器的手持式IPTV测试仪系统设计方案，在此基础上阐述了系统的硬件架构设计，主要模块的功能和芯片选型，以及系统软件部分的设计、处理流程，最后给出了软件系统中公共数据结构设计定义。
