Abstract: | Copper-catalyzed Azide-Alkyne Cycloaddition (CuAAC) was used to synthesize a new series of maleimides with triazole ring moieties (triazole-maleimides, TA-MIs). The physical and thermal properties of the obtained TA-MIs were studied. The TA-MIs showed good solubility in non-proton strong polar solvents such as DMF, DMAc and NMP. The polymerization of TA-MIs can be carried out at a temperature ranged from 140 °C to 250 °C. Td5 of the resulted poly(TA-MIs) reached 335-345 °C under nitrogen. |
