贫油润滑活塞环组油膜厚度的计算方法

摘    要:本文对古浜庄一的活塞环润滑理论进行了分析,指出其主要不足之处在于假定活塞环组中各环沟处于充分润滑状态,并针对上述不足制订了贫油润滑条件下活塞环组油膜厚度的计算方法。最后,把充分润滑和贫油润滑下膜厚计算值与实测值进行了对比。比较表明。后者比前者更明显地接近实测值。

Abstract:S. Furuhama's piston ring lubrication theory is analysed in this paper. The main deficiency consisting in the unappreciate prediction of piston ring pack working under fully flooded condition has been indicated. In light of mentioned deficiency, the authors have in view of developing an approach of oil film thickness prediction with consideration of starved lubrication. Finally, the calculating film thickness values obtained by both methods are compared with measuring result. As a comparative result, the value obtained by the later method is more apparent approximate to the measuring value than that of anterior.
