| 摘 要： | 对70 kt/a聚丙烯装置进行了扩能改造.通过增加环管反应器的高度、增粗闪蒸线的内径等措施,消除了大负荷生产的瓶颈,生产能力可提高到120 kt/a,能耗从5.67 MJ/t降低到4.62 MJ/t.取得了较好的经济效益.

| Abstract: | The capacity of a PP unit in Jingmen Petrochemical Company has been expanded to 120 kt/a from the original 70 kt/a by transform by adding the height of circle-pipe reactor, expanding diameter of the evaporation pipe and so on. The energy consumption of the transformed unit was reduced to 4.62 MJ/t PP. And it has brought the better economic effect. |
