摘    要:研究了25SiMnMoV钢粒状贝氏体组织和回火过程及其回火组织形态,粒状贝氏体的回火转变主要是(M-A)小岛的回火转变,包括残余奥氏体转变及马氏体分解。粒状贝氏体经中、高温回火后,在铁素体晶界上存在碳化物偏聚,容易引起组织脆化。

Abstract:The paper deals with the tempering process of granular bainite in 25SiMnMoV steel as well as the morphology granular bainite mainly that of (M-A) island,including the transformation of retained austenite and the decomposition of martensite brittleness may be caused by carbide accumulation on ferrite grain boundaries,after granular bainite tempered at middle or high temperature.
