摘    要:
本论文以中华寿桃为试验材料,研究了不同贮藏条件对中华寿桃的冰点、呼吸强度、相对电导率、PPO、POD等品质和生理指标的影响。并探讨了中华寿桃软化衰老的生理机制,为中华寿桃的贮藏保鲜提供了理论依据。

Abstract:
In this study, the effects of different storing environment on qualitative and physiological attributes of zhonghuashoutao peach were investigated. The parameters were studied, including freezing point, respiration intensity, relative conductance rate, PPO, POD etc. The physiological mechanism of soften and senescence was discussed, which provided theoretical bases for the storage of zhonghuashoutao peach.
