| 摘 要： | 以嗜酸乳杆菌为实验菌种,蒺藜药液为培养基对其进行培养,通过检测不同培养时间的药液中黄酮的含量和酸度,初步研究嗜酸乳杆菌对蒺藜黄酮的作用情况,为进一步研究其代谢机理奠定基础。

| Abstract: | In this paper, lactobcillus acidophilus is cultured in the decoction of Tribulus terrestris L. to study the solublization of flavonoids in Tribulus terrestris L. by lactobcillus acidophilus by determining the content and pH in the different culture, which establishes foundation for studying the mechanism. |
