高强钢丝网耐火砂浆加固混凝土梁的受弯试验

摘    要:对使用高强钢丝加固并在表面抹耐火砂浆的钢筋混凝土梁在单调和反复荷载作用下的受力性能进行了研究,试验结果表明,高强钢丝网可以有效提高构件的抗裂性能,提高构件的极限承载力,并且可以提高构件的弹性工作能力。加固后砂浆和混凝土两种材料协调变形的性能很好,有利于加固材料性能的充分发挥。

Abstract:The mechanical behaviors of the concrete beam reinforced by high strength steel mesh or fireclay mortar under single and cyclic reverse loading actions are analyzed. The comparison of two experimental results of different reinforcement methods shows high strength steel mesh is efficiently in improving the crack resistance, ultimate bearing capacity and elastic properties of members. The latter is beneficial to development the advantages of reinforcement materials with good compatible deformation capability between concrete.
