摘    要:通过对太仓港环保发电有限公司1号机组运行过程中发生的两次锅炉意外灭火事故,分析了引起锅炉灭火的内、外原因,认为炉膛掉焦造成MFT动作是导致锅炉灭火的直接原因,应控制入炉煤煤质,提高运行人员对异常工况的处理能力。

Abstract:The internal and external reasons of boiler extinguishment are analyzed focusing on twice unexpected outfire during operation of the No.1 unit in Taicang Harbor Generating Co. Ltd. It is believed that MFT action caused by cinder falling in furnace was the direct reason of the flame collapse one after another, and suggested that the quality of coal be controlled and the capability that operators handle unusual operation situation be promoted.
