禽流感检测技术研究进展

摘    要:由于禽流感病毒亚型众多,抗原性变异极快,毒株的致病性也相差很大,早期快速诊断和血清学检测就成为预防和控制禽流感的前提条件.禽流感的检测大体可以分血清学检测和依赖于PCR技术的分子生物学检测,其中依赖核酸的扩增检测技术属于新型检测手段.对各种检测技术进行了综述,展望了禽流感检测技术的发展前景.

Abstract:Avian influenza(AI) viruses have 16 H subtypes and 9 N subtypes.Because of the rapid variation of antigens,AIV has shown a big difference in the pathogenicity.Early detection and rapid diagnosis have become efficient means for preventing and controlling AI.The methods of detecting AI include mainly serum-testing and molecular biologic methods depending on PCR,of which nucleic acid testing techniques depending PCR belongs to new detection methods.The detection methods are reviewed and the developing prospects of AIV detecting technology are discussed in the paper.
