摘    要:该文以环氧大豆油(ESBO)和甲醇为原料,在SO42-/ZrO2固体酸催化作用下,通过开环加成反应制备了植物油多元醇(Polyol)。借助红外、核磁共振、热分析等技术对产物结构和性质进行了分析,考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对ESBO转化率和多元醇合成的影响。结果表明:在反应原料配比n(甲醇)∶n(ESBO)=50∶1,反应温度373 K,反应时间2 h条件下,环氧大豆油转化率为96.8%,羟基值为198.3 mg KOH/g。

Abstract:This article presents a synthesis of soy-based polyols from the renewable resource epoxidized soybean oil(ESBO)and methanol in the presence of solid acidic catalyst SO2-4/ZrO2 through the ring-opening reaction.Chemical structure of the polyol was analyzed by IR,1HNMR,TG/DTA and GPC.The effect of charged reagent ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst amount on ESBO conversion and polyol formation was investigated.In the experiment,ESBO conversion of 96.8% and hydroxyl number of 198.3 mg KOH/g were obtained when the reaction was carried out at 373 K for 2 h with n(methanol)∶n(ESBO)=50∶1.
