| 摘 要： | 论述了LWZ1 2 0 0× 1 80 0型沉降过滤式离心脱水机的工作原理和技术特点 ,该设备采用了短转鼓型结构参数和较低转速的工作参数 ,整机噪音低 ,振动力小 ,运行平稳可靠 ,适于回收粗粒物料 ,>0 0 4 5mm粒级固体回收率达 80 %左右 ,脱水产物水分低 ,松散性好 ,易于掺入混煤销售。该设备在火烧铺矿选煤厂投入使用后 ,解决了该厂煤泥水系统回收能力严重不足的问题。

| Abstract: | Working principles and technical features of LWZ1200×1800 sedimentation-filtration dewatering centrifuge given;short rotating drum operated at low speed employed in its construction to give a low-noise,light-vibration,stable and reliable operation;suitable for recovering >0.5mm coarse slime up to 80% with a product low in moisture content,having good looseness to admix easily with the mixed coal for sales.Since its operation at Huoshaopu Coal Preparation Plant,the problem of capacity shortage of slime recovery is solved. |
