紫外分光光度法测定大豆皂甙含量

摘    要:大豆皂甙在209nm处有最大吸收,可用紫外分光光度法测定皂甙含量。因大豆皂甙属三萜类齐墩果酸型皂甙,故以齐墩果酸作标准品绘制标准曲线,建立回归方程,相关系数R2=-0.9922,方法回收率100.4%,精密度标准偏差S=0.1094,变异系数为0.52%;测定结果表明,该方法可靠性好,重现性高。

Abstract:Soybean saponin has highest absorption at 209 nm. The content of soybean saponin can be ananlyzed by UV spectrophotometry. Soybean saponin is belong to the triterpene and oleanolic acid type saponin. A standard curve by oleanolic acid as typical product was drawed, and the regressive equation was obtained. The related coefficient was 0.9922, sample recovery rate was 100.4% . Its standard deviation was 0.1094%, coefficient of variability was 0.52%. The method has rather higher practicability and repeatability.
