摘    要:通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验和力学性能测试等方法,对超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢油管表面缺陷的形成原因进行了分析。结果表明:油管表面缺陷为折叠裂纹和轧制沟槽,其产生原因主要是工厂轧制工艺不当所致。针对该表面缺陷对油管使用寿命的影响、油管表面缺陷的修磨和检验标准等进行了探讨,建议严格油管表面质量验收标准。

Cause Analysis on Surface Defects of Super 13Cr Martensite Stainless Steel Tubing
Abstract:By means of macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical property testing and so on,the cause of surface defects on super 13Cr martensite stainless steel tubing was analyzed.The results showed that the surface defects on tubing were fold cracks and rolling grooves caused by improper rolling technology.It was suggested that the inspection standard of tubing should be more strict,based on the discussion about the effect of tubing surface defects to use life,the repair for tubing surface defects and the inspection standard.
