电气化铁路接触网铜合金中锚线夹失效分析

摘    要:采用化学成分分析、金相检验、断口与能谱分析等方法,对开裂的电气化铁路接触网零件——接触线中锚线夹进行了分析。结果表明:该铜合金中锚线夹所含的杂质元素铋在晶界处的偏聚是导致其开裂的主要原因。

Failure Analysis on Mid-anchor Clamp of Copper Alloy for Contact Wire in Electrification Railway Contact Net
Abstract:The cracked mid-anchor clamp for contact wire in electrification railway contact net was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,fracture and energy spectrum analysis.The results showed that the impurity element Bi segregation at grain boundaries of mid-anchor clamp of copper alloy was the major reason for cracking.
