摘    要:本文通过相分析,金相组织观察、拉力和扩孔实验等手段分析了钛在汽车车轮用钢中的分布状态及其对金相组织、夹杂物、力学性能和延伸凸缘性能的影响。实验结果表明,钛除起细化晶粒、弥散强化作用外,又可与硫结合成Ti4C2S2夹杂物,改变钢中长条状MnS夹杂物形态,提高钢的延伸凸缘性能。当钢中Ti/S比为2~3时,延伸凸缘性能的改善最明显。对硫含量较高(0.025%~0.035%)的钢,添加0.05%~0.11

Abstract:This paper has studied the distribution of Ti in automobile wheel steeland the effects of Ti content on microstructures,inclusions,mechanical propertiesand stretch-flangeabitity. The results show that not only the precipitation of fineparticles and ferrite grain refinement can be obtained with the addition of Ti,but alsothe granular inclusion Ti_4C_2S_2 will be formed and instead of elongated inclusionMnS,and the stretch-flangeability is improved. The ratio of Ti/S has best effect onstretch-flangeability in the range of 2-3. For high S-bearing steel(0. 025 %-0.035%),the superior overall properties will be obtained with the addition of0.05%-0.11%Ti.
