摘 要: | <正> 茶和果汁饮料在2000年的销量达到185万吨,占饮料市场30%的市场份额。而目前这类产品大多采用耐热PET塑料瓶包装,原因是其携带方便,在短期内可开启、封盖多次饮用。然而,热灌装耐热PET瓶装饮料由于没有后杀菌工艺,其微生物品质受到严峻的挑战。

Abstract: | Most fruit juices and tea beverages are now packed in hot-fill PET bottles, which have the advantage of portability as well as re-closable features. However, the lack of a pro-sterilizing process after filling increases the chance of microbiological contamination. Here we review the latest technology in process sterilization for microbiological control. |
