| 摘 要： | 区分灰口铸铁(灰铁)与铸钢在机械性能、加工工艺性能、减振性、耐磨性、缺口敏感性等各方面的差异,探讨制砖生产线顶推摆渡车车轮选用哪种材料好,经比较得出二者各有优缺点,都能满足摆渡车车轮对机械性能方面的需要。但综合其他方面考虑,再加上灰铁生产工艺简单,价格低廉,故灰铁要优于铸钢。

| Abstract: | The article compares the grey pig iron with the cast steel at aspects of the machine performance, process performance, shock-absorbing performance, wearability, gap sensitivity, etc., and describes their advantage and disadvantage. In conclusion, they all satisfy the demands of machine performance for the wheels of transfer car, but the grey pig iron is the best choice because of its brief process, lower cost. |
