摘    要:本文研究了Al90 Fe5Ce5和A190 Ni5Ce5非晶合金及预峰在晶化过程和时效过程中的稳定性。Al90Fe5Ce5非晶合金的晶化开始温度TX 和时效稳定性比Al90 Ni5Ce5非晶合金高。Al90 Fe5Ce5非晶合金预峰所对应的化学短程序结构的稳定性较高 ,而Al90 Ni5Ce5非晶合金预峰所对应的化学短程序结构的稳定性差 ,甚至通过常温时效消失。非晶合金的稳定性与预峰所对应的化学短程序结构的稳定性有密切关系

Abstract:The stability of amorphous Al 90 Fe-5Ce-5 and Al 90 Ni-5Ce-5 alloys and the prepeak during crystallization process and aging process were investigated.The crystallization onset temperature and stability during aging process for amorphous Al 90 Fe-5Ce-5 alloys is much higher than that of the amorphous Al 90 Ni-5Ce-5 alloys.The structure corresponding to the prepeak for amorphous Al 90 Fe-5Ce-5alloys is stable during first crystallization stage.However,it is not stable for amorphous Al 90 Ni-5Ce-5 alloys,even decomposes by aging at room temperature.The stability of the structure corresponding to the prepeak strongly correlates with the stability of the amorphous Al 90 TM-5Ce-5 alloys.
