| 摘 要： | 介绍了天然有机垃圾处理机的工艺流程及控制要求,提出了以S7-200及MCGS为核心的控制系统,阐述了系统的硬件配置、软件设计及上下位机之间的通讯。实际生产应用表明,系统可靠,效果良好,人机界面功能友好。

| Abstract: | The paper described the process and control requirements of the machine of Natural and Organic Garbage treatment, took Siemens S7 200 and MCGS as the core for control system. And introduced the hardware structure, software design and the communication and connec tion of PLC and MCGS.The practical application showed that the system is reliable and works well, 8iendiy man machine interface functions. |
