摘    要:随着社会对载货卡车需求的增大,在保持卡车原有性能的基础上,减轻卡车的自重,降低油耗成为重卡面临的一大课题。论文基于对重卡牵引车车架的灵敏度分析,对该车架进行轻量化设计,减轻了车架4.8%的重量。对轻量化后的车架进行有限元校核分析,车架的一阶弯曲模态有较大的提高,刚度性能基本不变。说明该方法符合工程实际情况,具有较好的工程使用价值。

Abstract:With the increase of demand for laden trucks, it is a major issue to reduce the weight of the trucks and cut down the fuel con sumption on the basis of maintaining the original performance of the trucks. This paper aims to analyze the sensitivity of the heavy duty trucks tractor frame, then take the frame to hghtweight, which has reduced the 4.8% of the frame weight. The hghtweight frame has been checked by means of finite element analysis, the frequency of the first frame bending mode has been greatly improved, and the stiffness still remains. It proves that this method corresponds to the situation and it has good engineering value.
