轮式行走闭式液压系统发动机失速问题的仿真与分析

摘    要:对轮式行走机械闭式液压系统进行理论分析,建立其AMESim仿真模型,仿真得出马达进出口压力和转速以及发动机转速随时间变化曲线。仿真结果表明:在行走工况由平地突变为下坡时,轮式行走机械出现发动机失速现象,即发动机的实际转速大于油门开度所对应的发动机的转速。结合仿真结果对该典型行走闭式液压系统分析,得出发动机失速的原因:马达排出的流量大于主泵所能吸收的流量,导致马达出口出现多余的流量,马达出口压力飞升并伴有振荡过程,导致发动机转速升高。

Abstract:The paper analyzes wheeled walking closed hydraulic system and obtains motor pressure and speed curves and the engine speed curves with time. The simulation results show that when waking condition changes fi'om flat road to downhill, the wheeled machinery appear engine staU phenomenon which is engine actual speed higher than accelerograph speed. Combined with the simulation results, analyze the closed hydraulic system, obtains engine stall reason. It is that motor discharge flow is more than main bump absorbed flow, which leads to redundant flow in motor export, motor export pressure flight and accompanied by oscillation process, then engine speed rise.
