基于ADAMS的新型折臂式擦窗机的动态分析研究

摘    要:论文基于ADAMS技术,对新型复合折臂式擦窗机CD250进行刚体动力学仿真分析,得到吊篮的运动曲线和主要铰点受力曲线,以此分析擦窗机的运动参数是否合理,确定擦窗机工作时的危险工况并获得相关数据,作为擦窗机结构分析的重要依据。此方法为擦窗机结构的合理设计及产品优化,提供了充分的理论依据。

Abstract:Dynamic simulation of one new type of goose neck jib gondola CD250 based on ADAMS was estabhshed, The kanetlc curves ot gondola and the load carrying curves of the main pivot points were gained, This paper analyzed the rationality of the motion parameters on goose neck jib gondola. The motion parameters of dangerous working conditions were important basis for the analysis of the structure. This method for structure design and optimization provide full theory basis.
