Abstract:wMPS(workspace Measuring Position System)is a novel network large-scale measuring position system.Compared with traditional angle intersection location method,the new algorithm based on light-plane intersection avoids the calculation of bearing angles,and the impact caused by transmitter assembly errors was eliminated.These two algorithms were proved and compared,the main error sources were analyzed,and the results were verified by experiments.The experimental consequence show that the measurement error of wMPS is less than 0.15mm within the 6m×6m×3m working area,this accuracy can meet most requirements of on-field large scale measurements.
