| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了安徽金光钢厂为适应生产新产品的需要，对中型轧机前加热炉液压推钢机液压系统进行了改造。改造后的液压系统不仅满足了生产新产品的要求，且同步精度高、噪音低、振动小，同时还降低了能耗，提高了系统工作的可靠性，取得了很好效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper the author introduces the improvements of the hydraulic system of hydraulic pusher of heating furnace in front of medium-sized rolling mill in the Jingguang Steel Works.The transformed hydraulic system can satisfy the needs of producing new products with its high synchro precision,low noise and vibration,reduced energy consumption and increase reliability of the hydraulic system, good result has been gotten. |
