摘    要:对132种油茶籽含油率进行了测定,并采用GC分析油茶籽油的脂肪酸组成.结果表明:油茶籽含油率大部分集中在30%~60%之间,平均含油率为38.39%;含油率最高,为57.96%,最低仅为0.60%.油茶籽油脂肪酸主要是由软脂酸、硬脂酸、油酸和亚油酸4种脂肪酸组成;油酸含量在70.33%~86.21%,均值为78.24%;亚油酸含量在3.25%~17.18%,均值为9.50%;软脂酸含量在7.03% ~ 13.85%,均值为9.63%;硬脂酸含量在1.35%~5.49%,均值为2.61%.

Abstract:The oil contents of 132 Camellia oleifera seed were determined,and the fatty acid compositions of the camellia seed oils were analyzed by GC.The results indicate that: the oil content was between 30% and 60%,and the average was 38.39%;the highest oil content was 57.96%,and the lowest content was only 0.60%.Camellia oleifera seed oil was mainly composed of palmitic acid,stearic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid.The content of oleic acid ranged from 70.33% to 86.21%,and the average was 78.24%;the content of linoleic acid ranged from 3.25% to 17.18%,and the average was 9.50%;the content of palmitic acid ranged from 7.03% to 13.85%,and the average was 9.63%;the content of stearic acid ranged from 1.35% to 5.49%,and the average was 2.61%.
