摘    要:采用XPS对两种不同的碳纤维表面进行了分析,制备了束丝Cf/SiC复合材料,并采用束丝拉伸强度表征其性能。结果表明,碳纤维表面主要有C、O两种元素存在,其中碳主要有C-C和C-O两种存在方式,并且两种纤维的Ols/Cls有明显的不同,当氧含量高时,纤维在经历高温处理后强度下降幅度较大,所制备的Cf/SiC复合材料性能较差。

Abstract:In this study,the different surfaces of two carbon fibers were analyzed by XPS,and bundled Cf/ SiC composites were prepared and characterized by bundle-tensile strengh.The results show that mainly C and O exist in the surface of carbon fibers,and C exists mainly as C-H and C-O.Obvious difference in Cls/Ols is observed between the two carbon fibers-With higher concentration of oxygen,the strength of carbon fibers decreased faster after being treated in high temperature,and the performance of its Cf/SiC composites turned worse.
