摘    要:文中分析了我国缓倾斜薄矿开采中存在的问题,提出了帷幕隔离快速跟充填处理采空区的新思路,通过现场工业试验,证明也这种快[速处理空区的新技术是可行的,它具有帷幕壁面全面脱水孤特点,即使充入采空区内的主填料浆在25min内达到78-80%的饱合浓度,60min内充填体开始对采空区顶板提供初期支护,大大改善了采场的安全作业条件,此外,这种充填 新技术能使充填与回采同步进行,加快了作业循环,提高了回采效率。

Abstract:Back filling, especially in the case of mining in thin and flat dipping vein, is always discussed and difficult. A new technology of quick back filling with the help of separation curtain has been developed and successfully tested in the mine. By using this technology, the filling material slurry will reach a density of 78%--80% within 25min and the filling material will demonstrate a supporting function to the roof of goaf within 60min which helps very much in improving the safty of stoping area. In addition, the technology possesses the advantage that mining and filling can be conducted simultaneously which means an increment of productitity.
