浅谈我国甲苯二异氰酸酯产品的发展机遇与面临的挑战

分析了甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的市场情况,认为国际和国内TDI市场均具有很大的发展空间,到2005年国内市场需求为25万t/a,国际市场需求为250万t/a.但国际TDI与聚醚多元醇生产商强强联合,使我国PU产业受到了严重的挑战.我国建设甲苯二异氰酸酯项目时应对企业进行优选,充分利用氯碱及化肥副产品,因此这些企业应具有以下优势:产品优势(同时生产聚醚与TDI)、原料优势(有现成氯气、氢气、二氧化碳可供利用,无需新建装置,副产氯化氢可得到利用)、区位优势(有军品DNT可利用).

Brief Introduction to opportunities and challenges of developing domestic TDI products

This paper analyses the market situation of TDI.It is concluded that both international and domestic market of TDI will have great potential with demand of 250 thousand tons per year and 2.5 million tons per year in domestic market and international market respectively by the year 2005.The union among worldwide big enterprises producing TDI and polyether polyol is issuing a serious challenge to domestic PU industry.TDI plants should be built in the optimum enterprises in order to make good use of by-products produced in chlor-alkali production and fertilizer production.These enterprises should have the following advantages:the advantage of products(producing both polyether and TDI),the advantage of raw materials(having chlorine gas,hydrogen gas and carbon dioxide gas ready for use without a need to build new production plants),the advantage of region(using the mili tary product of DNT).
