| 摘 要： | 国防科工委与地方政府共建地方高校对国防科技工业的发展具有深远的战略意义。本文论述了委省共建高校所面临的机遇,并结合共建高校的资源优势,从学科建设、人才培养以及产学研合作的角度,举例阐述了提升服务国防能力的重要举措。

| Abstract: | It plays an important role in the development of science and technology for the national defense with the university co-constructed by the COSTIND and the local government. This paper illustrates opportunities for co-constructed university from the perspective of discipline construction, personnel cultivation and integration of production, research and study with the specific examples to illustrate the measures of how to improve the service for defense. |
