2—正戊基环戊酮的定性定量分析

摘    要:以电渗析处理的十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚和OV 10 1混合固定液 ,采用气相色谱法分析 2 -亚正戊基环戊酮的加氢产物 2 正戊基环戊酮香粉单体。结果表明 ,主、副产物在该色谱柱上均得到完全分离。主产物含量≥ 98 5 % ,色谱柱使用寿命在 6个月以上。采用归一化法 ,进行定量分析、误差小于 0 1% ,用有铲碳数计算校正因子。结合IR ,GC MS及化学反就确认产物是 2 正戊基环戊酮 ;同时对副产物的结构进行了推断

Abstract:Mixtures both ethyleneoxy octadecyl alcohol of electrodialysis and OV-101 were utilized as GC liquid phase. Analysis of pentylcyclopentanone and by-products was solved by gas chromatography. Results show that the degree of separation of various peaks is satisfactory. The amount of main product is more than 98 5%. Quantitative analysis was performed by effective carbon number to calculate the correction factors using normalization method of gas chromatography. The relative error of determination is less than 0 1%. Combining IR, GC-MS and reaction mechanism with hydrogenation of pentylidenecyclopentanone, the main product is pentylcyclopentanone;and the structure of by-products have been in fered.
