摘    要:人为失误数据库(简称HEDB)是人为因素问题研究的基础.文中介绍了现有国内外数据库现状,论述了人为失误数据收集的六种方法.阐述了HEDB的设计特征并对库中数据作了简要的统计分析.目前,HEDB系统中有六个分数据库和一个模型库.在库中数据进一步充实以后,它将对航空设备的资源分配和优化起重要作用.

Abstract:Human error, which is a long-standing problem in the aeronautical system and other systems, has caused severe consequences. However, it was only in the nineteen eighties that the problem really attracted researchers' attention in the world; while in China, it attracted attention much later. The first question faced by researchers in human error is the question of human error data. The author has set up an unique human error data base (HEDB). The HEDB consists of seven sub-data bases, including six sub-data bases (according to the six ways of collecting data) and a model sub-base. The model sub-base appears to be unknown in the open literature. The author holds that it is the indispensable or the key part for setting up the HEDB. It contains the various prediction models of human error and environment, considers the correlation and multidimensions of the human factor, and can analyse different data sources with corresponding models immediately. Therefore the model sub-base has provided a powerful tool for getting rid of the constraint conditions of models in the base and thus for seeking an algorithm that can be used in general. The model sub-base also makes it convienient for us to compare the different ways of analyzing data.
