微波合成寡糖新工艺的研究

摘    要:以葡萄糖为原料,以杂多酸为催化剂对生物活性物质寡糖的微波固相合成进行了研究.确定最佳反应条件为:微波功率800 W,微波辐射时间10 min,引发剂水的添加量30%,催化剂酸添加量10%;产物得率为50.6%.经高压液相色谱分析产物,确定微波固相合成物小分子糖的组成为:葡萄糖49.34%,麦芽糖10.03%,异麦芽糖18.03%,麦芽三糖5.40%,潘糖10.13%,异麦芽三糖5.30%,四糖和五糖占1.61%.

Abstract:Using phosphoric acid as the catalyst, the synthesis technics of bioactive oligosaccharide with glucose by solid phase reaction under microwave irradiations was studied. The optimum reaction conditions was that microwave power 800 W,microwave irradiation time 10 min, adding 30% water to initiate reaction, adding 10% heteropoly acid A as the catalyst, the yield ratio of product was 50.6%. The product was characterized with HPLC and included glucose 49.34%, maltose 10.03%, isomaltose 18.03%, maltotriose 5.40%, panose 10.13%, isomaltotriose (5.30%,) tetrasaccharide and pentasaccharides 1.61%.
