| 摘 要： | 用熔体流动速率仪测定了8种ABS树脂的熔体质量流动速率，并用毛细管流变仪对8种ABS树脂流变性能进行了研究。结果表明，1、7、8号样的流动性最好；8种树脂的非牛顿指数n都小于1，属于假塑性流体；同时8种ABS树脂的表观黏度随剪切速率、剪切应力的增加而降低，当剪切速率、剪切应力足够高时，它们对8种ABS树脂表观黏度的影响趋于一致。

| Abstract: | The melt flow indexes of 8 kinds of ABS resins were tested by means of melt flow rate instrument, and the rheological behaviors of the resins were studied by means of capillary rheometer. The results showed the flowabilities of Sample 1, 7 and 8 were best; the non-Newtonian indexes of the 8 kinds of ABS resins were aU less than 1, obeyed the law of pseudoplastic fluid. In the meantime, the apparent viscosity of the ABS resins decreased with the increase of the shear rate and shear stress, and the effects of shear rate and shear stress on the apparent viscosity tended to identical when they were high enough. |
