| 摘 要： | 为满足湿度传感器生产的需要,采用虚拟仪器技术设计了电容式湿度传感器测试系统。该测试系统由湿度源、信号采集系统及计算机组成,可以同时对30-100个湿度传感器的电容值和Q值进行测量,使湿度传感器测试实现了智能化、自动化。

| Abstract: | To fulfill the requirement of humidity sensor measurement on production,the measurement system of capacitive humidity sensor is built with virtual instrument techniqhe.The system consists of the humidity producer,signal conversion,digit part,compuiter and so on,can test the capacitance values and Q values of30to100humidity sensors,the automatic and intelligent measurement of humidity sensor is fulfilled. |
