| 摘 要： | PSP作为一种城市支撑环,能够减轻由大规模城市重建发展项目的总体规划对其周边城市造成的干扰和破坏。它是一种直接基于建筑和城市的策略。PSP包括以下内容：列出时间计划表;在总体规划各阶段进行相应的管理;描述沿基地周边情况的特征;根据基地上每一个位置的情况,对临时性建筑和永久性建筑、项目与城市的关系进行部署等。PSP的最终目标是从物质和社会两个层面消除由于重建项目对总体规划边界产生的影响。

| Abstract: | The Phased Shoehorn Perimeter acts as an urban support ring that alleviates the disruption to the surrounding city caused by the masterplans of large urban regeneration development projects.It is a set of architectural, urban and direct strategies. It incorporates a timetable, operates in phases in parallel to the masterplan, characterises the site conditions along the perimeter and, according to the site conditions at each point, and deploys a mixture of temporary and permanent buildings, programmes and urban relationships. The ultimate aim of the PSP is to erase the edge of the masterplan, both physically and socially. |
