| 摘 要： | 阐述了三维力控组态软件在工业控制中的实际应用,介绍了摩擦焊生产线。钻杆摩擦焊生产线自动监控是基于PLC的集散式控制系统;系统由上位计算机和PLC组成,对生产过程进行全程控制和管理;上位计算机通过监控画面对PLC进行参数设置,接受参数后PLC执行闭环控制;使用组态(HMI)软件设计各种监控画面;计算机与PLC采用SYSMAC WAY协议通信。

| Abstract: | The article expounded the Sunway Force Control software used in industry control,introduced the frictional weld production line.The drill pipe frictional weld production line automatic monitoring system is based on the PLC distributed control system.The system is composed of a host computer and PLC to make the whole course monitoring control and process.Host computer sets the PLC parameters through monitoring picture,after receiving the parameter,PLC executes the closed-loop control.Control system uses the Citect configuration software to design all kinds of monitoring pictures.The system uses SYSMAC WAY protocol for the communication between computer and PLC. |
