| 摘 要： | 合成了一系列的三嗪类产酸剂,利用IR,EA等分析手段确定了他们的结构,初步测定了所得产品在各类溶剂中的溶解性,并利用UV测定了其具有最大吸收的紫外波长,从而初定其产酸性能。

| Abstract: | The synthesis of triazine derivatives as photoacid generator were introduced. Their structures were identified by IR and EA , and their solubility in some solvents were tested. The property of the photoacid generators were learned by the data of ultraviolet absorption. |
