摘    要:本文介绍了嵌入式存储器技术及一种存储器控制器的设计方法,通过研究Flash地址线和不同块的结构特征,结合CPU存储空间的分配,选择适当的RAM/ROM总线到Flash地址线的映射关系,然后根据Flash的时序要求为敏感时间参数定时,同时考虑系统时钟的变化范围,划分频率区间以提高精度,本设计以特殊功能寄存器总线作为与CPU的接口,实现了通过软件编程从而对Flash进行基本的编程和擦除操作,通过了单模块的功能仿真和系统验证。

Abstract:The embedded Flash storage technology and a design method of the Flash controller are introduced in this paper. Through working over the address bus of Flash and the features of different blocks, combined with the assignment of CPU storage, a proper mapping between RAM/ROM bus and Flash address bus is selected. Then based on the timing requirments and the range of system clock, we also draw the frequency range to enhance precision. With the cooperation of special functional registers, visiting the embedded flash through RAM/ROM bus, we realized the control of reading,programming and erasing of Flash through software. Finally, this design passed the single module verification and system verification.
