Estimation of the Dead-Time Period and Parameters of a Semi-Synchronous Double-Stochastic Stream of Events

The problem of estimating the parameters of a semi-synchronous double-stochastic stream of events is considered in the form of a mathematical model of streams of elementary particles (photons, electrons, etc.) arriving at a recording apparatus. The results are presented of a statistical experiment implemented using a simulation model and showing quite good agreement with the estimates obtained.
