| 摘 要： | 军事体育的社会化使得军体运动开始走向大众，本文针对我国高校国防教育的发展和当代大学生的现状，通过对国内外普通高校开展国防体育教育情况的分析，提出在普通高校建立“类军体”俱乐部的构想，既是对国防教育的拓展，也是高校体育改革的有益尝试。
