硬质合金真空烧结炉温度插值自适应控制

摘    要:真空炉的动态特性具有非线性、时变性和不对称性等特点,特别是纯滞后时间随炉温的变化大范围非线性变化,因此真空炉的温度控制一直是个难题。本文提出一种PID参数插值自适应控制算法,仿真结果表明,该方法使用较少组别的PID自整定参数,达到了较好的温度控制效果。

Abstract:The vacuum sintering is primary production process of cemented carbide, but temperature performance specification of the vacu- um furnace. A dynamic characteristic of Vacuum Sintenng Furnace has some specialties, for example, non-linear, variable time delay, asymmetry etc. Time delay varies with the furnace temperature in a large-scale nonlinearity. This paper brings a new adaptive control arithmetic. The simulation result indicate that this way is simple and effective.
