江尖水利枢纽大体积混凝土施工仿真研究及温控措施

摘    要:江尖水利枢纽的节制闸底板为大体积混凝土,施工期间的温度应力易导致裂缝产生。为解决上述问题,利用三维有限元理论进行了施工仿真计算,提出了合理安排施工顺序、优化混凝土配合比、控制入仓温度、掺入聚丙烯腈纤维、增设温度钢筋、设置膨胀加强带等温控措施,消灭了结构的温度裂缝,效果良好。

Abstract:The bottom plate of the regulating sluice in Jiangjian Hydro Complex is of mass concrete,where cracks are easily caused by thermal stress during construction.In order to solve the problem,the construction emulating computation is made by using the theory of three-dimensional finite element.Consequently,the temperature control measures are adopted,such as rationalizing the construction sequence,optimizing the concrete mix proportion,controlling the concrete temperature when placing it to the working area,add...
