An uncontrolled Intersection is one of the most basic cross types due to its simple form and convenient organization.But as the bad constraint of operation,traffic accidents happen frequently at uncontrolled intersections.So strengthening the inspection of hidden danger and enhancing the security has become the focus in society.According to the analysis of vehicle operation estate at uncontrolled intersection,a new safety evaluation index was established based on conflicts injury so as to determine the security situation at uncontrolled intersection.
