一种大电流宽频带跨导单元的设计

摘    要:跨导放大器能向负载输出与输入电压成正比的电流,电流大小与负载无关,所以也称为可编程电流源。为了增强输出阻抗,提高开环增益,改善跨导放大器在大电流时同时保持宽频带的性能,提出了一种用于大电流放大器中的跨导单元的新设计理论,同时展示了两种优化电路,并用PSpice对该设计建模,仿真结果对优化理论进行了验证。

Abstract:The transconductance amplifier can produce output current to the load that is proportional to the input voltage. One thing must be mentioned is that the magnitude of the current has nothing to do with the load. So we call it programmable current source as well. In order to enhance the output impedance , improve open-loop gain and the property of keeping wide band in high current of the transconductance amplifier, a new approach is proposed. At the same time, two kinds of enhanced circuit are described and are proved by PSpice simulation. The simulation results verified that the enhanced theory is of course correct.
