摘    要:尼龙66熔融纺丝过程中,由于气体的排出或联苯的泄漏,需要及时对纺丝箱添加联苯.由于对纺丝箱添加联苯耗时长、浪费大,通过对纺丝箱联苯添加设备进行系统分析并改造纺丝箱添加联苯设备系统,基本实现了加联苯时无废丝产生的目标,取得了较好的经济效益.

Abstract:In the course of spinning Nylon 66 yams, Diphenyl of spinning box is asked to add because of diphenyl leaking out and steam exhausting. It is very long time and enormous waste to add diphenyl into spinning box. Through the analysis of adding diphenyl set system on spinning box, the diphenyl adding set system on spinning box of Nylon 66 is innovated. Waste yams of Nylon 66 are avoi- ded. The achievement of economic benefits is gained by the new diphenyl adding set system.
