| Abstract: | The main trend of electricity power industry reformation is unbunding, that is, from a highly monopolized system to a controlled competitive mechanism. In this paper, we consider the pricing mechanism, a fundamental problem in unbunding and an economics basis of time - of - day price was presented. A computation method of time - of - day price based on K - T condition is given. |
