食品中合成着色剂新型提取纯化装置的设计

目的设计一种食品中合成着色剂提取纯化的新型实验装置。方法新型提取纯化装置是根据聚酰胺吸附法原理,并结合实验操作流程设计开发出的实验装置。装置的核心组件为具三路活塞真空开关管,其结构是斜孔三路活塞自上而下分别连接内磨口接头和缓冲抽气管及外磨口抽气接头。斜孔三路活塞经旋转可实现净化、解吸和准备3种工作模式,核心组件与缓冲瓶和真空泵串联,共同构成完整的提取纯化装置。结果单一提取纯化装置可实现单一样品的处理,并联提取纯化装置不仅可实现单一样品处理还可实现多样品的同时处理,且不同样品的准备、净化和解吸过程可同时进行,互不影响。结论该新型提取纯化装置缩短了操作时间,提高了工作效率,降低了目标物的损失,适用于食品中合成着色剂的提取纯化。

Design of novel extraction and purification device of synthetic colorants in foodstuff

The polyamide adsorption method is the basis principle of extraction and purification of synthetic colorants testing-standards in food, which used polyamide powder adsorption and desorption characteristics of synthetic colorants in different solvent environment.Development and design of the extration and purification assist device of synthetic colorant is based on the above characteristics and experimental operation.The assist device has a simple structure ,and it is convenient and improving working efficiency in use.The core part is the key module of the device which structure is composed of straight connector ,inclined hole three-way piston and external grinding joint with buffer vacuum tube from the top down. The three modes could be realized by the changes of rotation position with inclined hole three-way piston,which is stand-by mode,purification mode and desorption mode.A complete extraction and purification device consist of the key module ,surge flask and vacuum pump. A single sample treatment could be realized with the single extraction and purification device. Not merely a single sample but also many samples could be realized with the parallel extraction and purification device.The three operation modes of the parallel extraction and purification device , which is stand-by,purification and desorption can exist together and do not influence one another.
