辅助气氛的激光强化加工实验

摘    要:以激光打孔为例,研究辅助气氛(可强化氮气和金属粉末等)对激光加工质量的影响,提出了激光加工与强化“一体化”的思想。实验表明,经过辅助气氛的激光强化,孔的加工质量与精度有所改善,孔壁得到了强化,推广应用于等离子涂层的熔覆强化加工,表面硬度平均达1200HV以上。

Abstract:Research of laser drilling for example is made with auxiliary atmosphere on the effects of machining quality. It is suggested the integrative technology of laser machining and strengthening. The experiment result shows that the quality and accuracy of hole are improved and wall of the hole is strengthened. The technology can be extensively applied to laser melting and consolidation of plasma spray coating for strengthening the surface with micro hardness up to 1200HV.
