Abstract:An plano ultraprecise surface grinder CJM 1 is designed for grinding high precise plane and curved surfaces, making research on nano and ductility grinding technology. The machine is designed with electrolytic in process dressing(ELID). Researches are also made on machining technology for some key components, such as spindle and guideway, to ensure its working accuracy.
